These details are filled into every contact form. Email and phone are required so prospects can reply.

Every message requires your explicit approval before it is submitted.
One submission per prospect. Re-submission requires a new message.
CAPTCHA and anti-bot checks are never bypassed; those prospects are routed to manual submission.
Sites whose robots.txt disallows the contact page are marked manual.
Daily limit is enforced server-side.
